What you can ask about
- Claiming your server — the verify code isn't detected, the server was claimed by someone else, or you need to move it to another Discord account. See also the FAQ.
- Payments & refunds — a PayPal checkout that didn't confirm, a double charge, cancelling a subscription or asking for a refund.
- Featured listings & bumps — which slot fits your server, slot availability, or a placement that didn't switch on. Prices are on the pricing page.
- Vote-reward add-on setup — installing
rplookout_votes, API keys, webhooks and framework rewards. Start with the vote rewards guide. - Reporting a listing — wrong country or details, fake player counts, rule-breaking servers, or a removal request for your own server.
To get a faster answer
- Include your server's join code (the part after
cfx.re/join/) or its RPLookout link. - For payments, include the date and the PayPal transaction or subscription ID — never post card details or passwords.
- If you're stuck mid-checkout, check your dashboard before paying again.
